House cleaning in Boise

Every visit, the same two people

I'm Kyungmi. Deshawn and I clean one home at a time, on a schedule that fits yours. Send me a note and I'll text back within two hours on weekdays.

  • Price in writing before you say yes
  • One owner you can text
  • Certificate of insurance on request

Your first clean

From your note to a clean house

Here is what happens, in order, and who does it. I do the first three steps myself.

  1. 01
    Any time

Step 1: You send a note

Use the form, or text (208) 555-0103. Give me your street, how many bedrooms and bathrooms, and how often you would like me.

  2. 02
    Within two hours, weekdays

Step 2: I text you back

It comes from me, Kyungmi, not a call center. I ask about pets, parking and how I get in, and I tell you which days are open.

  3. 03
    Before you say yes

Step 3: You get the price in writing

By text or email: what the first clean covers, what is extra, and one number. You say yes, or you don't, and either is fine.

  4. 04
    In your window

Step 4: Deshawn and I arrive

The first clean runs longer than the ones after it, because I'm learning your house. We work to the checklist we agreed on.

  5. 05
    That evening

Step 5: You get a note afterward

A short text listing what we did and anything we noticed, like a loose cabinet pull. Tell me what to change before the next visit.

What I clean

Three ways to start

Most of my homes are on a repeat schedule. Pick one and I'll adjust it after the first visit.

  • A wooden bed with a round marble side table, a lamp and a vase

    Recurring clean

Every week, every two weeks or every four weeks, to the same checklist: kitchen, bathrooms, floors and dusting.

    What a visit covers
  • A yellow-gloved hand wiping a white bathroom counter with a blue cloth

    Your first clean

The longer visit that sets the baseline: what I would do every time, plus the places a first visit needs more time.

    How it goes
  • A yellow-gloved hand scrubbing a white sink under running water

    Seasonal deep clean

Baseboards, tile and grout, window tracks and the shelves nobody reaches. Spring and the weeks before the holidays fill first.

    What it adds

Who comes to your door

Kyungmi and Deshawn

I started Latch to clean for fewer households and to know each of them. Deshawn works beside me on most visits.

What you can count on

  • You text me directly, and I answer

  • The same two people at each visit

  • We bring our own supplies and vacuum

  • Fragrance-free products on request

Pricing

How I set the price

No figure here, because yours will be different.

  • What decides the price

The size of the home and how long a clean takes it. These move the number:

    • Bedrooms and bathrooms

    • How long since the last clean

    • Pets and how much hair

    • How often you want me

  • What the written price includes

The rooms and tasks on your checklist. It leaves out the inside of the oven and fridge, interior windows, cabinets and laundry unless you add them.

  • What happens at the first visit

Deshawn and I go through the checklist with you, or with your notes if you're out. If the home is not what you described, I call you before I change anything.

  • When you get the number

In writing, before your first clean. It stays the same at each visit unless the house changes, and I tell you first.

A few quick answers

How do you decide the price?

From the size of the home, how long since the last clean, pets and how often you want me. I send it in writing before your first clean. The page on how pricing works has a worked example.

Do I need to be home?

No. Many clients are out. You tell me how I get in when you book, and the keys, codes and alarms policy covers the rest.

Who comes to my home?

Me, Kyungmi, and Deshawn, who works with me. If one of us can't come, I text you before the day and we move the visit.

What if you miss something?

Tell me within two days, with a photo if you can, and I come back and redo that area. The details are on the policies page.

What if I need to cancel?

Text me at least a day before your window and it costs nothing. The policies page has the rest.

Book a clean

Tell me about your home

I'll text you back within two hours on weekdays, with the open days and a price in writing.

Next opening: Tuesday

Sending this books nothing. You say yes when you have the price in writing.
