Recurring clean

The same checklist, on your schedule

Every week, every two weeks or every four weeks. After the first visit we write the checklist together, so the third visit is as thorough as the first.

Most of my clients pick every two weeks. Weekly keeps the work light. Every four weeks works if you tidy in between. You can change it by text, and I send a new price in writing first.

Not in the regular visit

What costs extra

Ask for any of these when you book, and it goes in the written price.

  • Inside the oven and fridge

Priced once and added to a visit you choose.

  • Interior windows and blinds

Added by the window, so you see the cost.

  • Cabinets and drawers

    Wiped inside when they're cleared.

  • Laundry and bed changes

Wash, dry and fold, or fresh sheets.

  • Baseboards and walls

Wiped by hand on a longer visit.

A visit, in order

How a regular visit goes

  1. 01
    Morning of

Step 1: I text when we leave

You get a message with our arrival window, and another when we're ten minutes away.

  2. 02
    On arrival

Step 2: We split the house

Deshawn takes the bathrooms and floors, and I take the kitchen and dusting, so the visit is shorter than one person's.

  3. 03
    Before we leave

Step 3: We check the list

Before we go we read the checklist back against the house, and I fix anything we missed.

  4. 04
    That evening

Step 4: You get a note

A short text that evening with what we did and anything I noticed.

Questions about recurring cleans

Can I change how often you come?

Yes. Text me. If it changes the work, I send a new price in writing before your next visit.

Will it be the same people every time?

That is the plan: me and Deshawn. If one of us can't come, I text you before the day and we move the visit.

Do you bring supplies?

Yes, supplies and a vacuum. If you want fragrance-free products or a certain one used, tell me when you book.
