What I clean
Three ways to work with me, from a regular schedule to a once-a-year deep clean.

Recurring clean
The same checklist every week, every two weeks or every four weeks, so the third visit is as thorough as the first.
Kitchen, bathrooms, floors and dusting
A checklist we write together
A note after every visit

Your first clean
A longer visit that sets the baseline for everything after it, with the price in writing before it starts.
Your rooms, your priorities
Takes longer than a regular visit
Sets the checklist for the next ones

Seasonal deep clean
Once or twice a year, the places a regular visit doesn't reach, booked ahead because spring and the holidays fill early.
Baseboards, tile and grout
Window tracks and sills
Shelves, vents and light fixtures
Ask when you book
Add-ons
Each one goes into the written price, so you see the cost before you say yes.
Inside the oven
A scrubbed oven, racks included.
Inside the fridge
Shelves and drawers wiped out.
Interior windows
Glass, sills and tracks on the inside.
Empty cabinets
Wiped inside, when you've cleared them.
Baseboards
Wiped by hand through the house.
Laundry
One load washed, dried and folded.
Honest limits
What I don't do
If your home needs one of these, I'll say so and point you to the right person.
Hoarding or heavy clutter
I can't clean around it. I'll tell you who can help.
Mold or biohazard
Black mold, sewage and bodily fluids go to a specialist.
Heavy lifting
I clean around furniture and don't move it.
Work at height
Exterior windows and high fixtures need a ladder crew.
Pest or rodent droppings
Call a pest company first, then call me.
Anything with lead or asbestos
Old paint and insulation work is for licensed crews.
Book a first clean
Send me a note and I'll text you back with the open days and a price in writing.
