This explains what Latch Home Cleaning collects when you use this site, ask for a clean or send me a message, and what I do with it.

What I collect

  • Your name, mobile number, email and the address of the home to be cleaned.
  • Your bedrooms, bathrooms, ZIP code and the notes you write.
  • How I get in: whether you'll be home, and any lockbox or door code you give me.
  • Basic technical data, such as your browser and the pages you visit.

How I use it

  • To text you the open days and a written price, and to schedule and clean your home.
  • To text you a note after each visit.
  • To answer questions, handle a missed-area or breakage report, and keep my records.

Text messages

When you check the box on a form, you agree to receive texts about that request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop marketing texts. I still text you about a visit you have booked.

Who sees it

Deshawn and I see your name, address, access notes and checklist. I use service providers for scheduling, texting and payment, and they handle your data only for me. I don't sell your personal information. I share it if the law requires, or to deal with an insurance claim.

Door codes and keys

Codes and key locations are shared only with Deshawn, for your visit, and I delete them from my schedule afterward.

Your choices

You can ask what I hold about you, ask me to correct it or ask me to delete it, unless I need it for a record the law requires. Write to hello@latchhomecleaning.com or call (208) 555-0103.
